One hospitality system for your venue.

Unyx Labs provides one system to manage point of sale, loyalty and promotions, table QR and online ordering, kiosks, kitchen displays, table reservations, staff rostering, supplier ordering, reporting, accounting integration and payments.

We are launching soon. Register your interest, and your first 6 months are on us.

Built for how your venue operates.

Whether you run a single counter or five sites, the system fits your service.

  • Cafes and takeaways.

Fast counter till, QR table ordering, pickup ordering at $0 commission, and a digital stamp card for regulars.

  • Restaurants.

Table management, split bills, kitchen screen routing, and a live status for every docket printer.

  • Bars and pubs.

Fast till entry, bar-to-kitchen printing, tabs, and your choice of payment terminal.

  • Multi-venue groups.

One menu across sites, sales by site, and staff permissions by location.

The problem: subscription sprawl.

The system is designed to make life easier for venue owners by simplifying the technology and reducing the cost and burden of running half a dozen poorly connected SaaS products. Built in Sydney by Australians with years of experience running hospitality venues.

  • “Nine subscriptions that do not talk to each other.”

Most operators pay $520 to $750 a month for separate software for the till, online ordering, loyalty, rostering and accounting, from published prices in September 2026. Unyx Labs links the till, the kitchen pass, the customer list and the BAS numbers into one workflow.

  • “Forced into expensive hardware or payment contracts.”

Keep the bank terminal you already use. The platform connects to it and never holds your takings. Bring your own iPads and phones, or use hardware supplied by us.

  • “Paying extra for basic tools.”

A single venue deserves the same technology as a major hospitality group. Every venue gets the full platform, and you switch on what you need as you grow.

What is included.

No “optional extras”, no “plus”, no “premium”. We believe that a small cafe or food truck deserves the same technology as a large multi-venue establishment, so there are no feature pricing tiers. You choose and use the capabilities you need, as your business grows.

Point of sale.

Counter and table service from one screen. Products, modifiers and combos, order names for calling out, split bills and tabs. Take payment on the bank terminal you already use, or on terminals from us.

Kitchen displays.

Dockets reach the kitchen screen the moment an order is sent, with time since order and a bump when each item is done. Print to kitchen and bar printers where you prefer paper, and see a printer drop off before the pass does.

A chef wipes the rim of a plate at a stainless steel pass under heat lamps while cooks work at the stove behind him.

QR, online ordering and kiosks.

Your own menu on a phone at the table, on a kiosk at the counter, or online for pickup. Orders land in the same kitchen queue as counter sales. Menu boards and signage run from the same catalogue, so a price changes once and shows everywhere. Commission on orders through your own channels: $0.

Tables and reservations.

A floor plan with sections, table moves and covers, so the floor always knows what is free. Reservations join the same floor plan, with bookings and walk-ins in one view.

A cafe owner leans on the counter and laughs with a regular customer holding a keep cup, with a table of three behind them.

Loyalty and promotions.

A customer app for your regulars, with points and cash back you set, and a digital stamp card for the coffee crowd. Send promotions to your own customers, from your own venue. The loyalty is yours, never a scheme across other businesses.

Set up from your current menu.

Paste a link to your menu or upload a PDF. The draft products, categories and modifiers come back for you to correct item by item, with product images if you want them. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Staff rostering.

Build the roster in half-hour blocks and watch the wage cost update as you go, with the Restaurant Industry Award rates built in. Staff claim vacant shifts, set their availability and get the roster by text or email. They clock in and out on site, and the hours export to Xero or MYOB. Every staff member signs in with their own role and permissions.

Supplier ordering.

Raise a purchase order, approve it, and the system emails the supplier. When the invoice comes back it is read and matched line by line against what you ordered, so a wrong price or a short delivery is flagged rather than paid.

Transparent pricing. No hidden costs or surprises.

Save thousands of dollars by switching to Unyx Labs.

Small and medium businesses are doing it tough, and the current crop of hospitality software is not helping. A single venue typically runs 7 to 9 subscriptions: the till, payments, online ordering, loyalty, rostering, accounting and bookings. From published prices in September 2026, that is $520 to $750 a month, or $6,240 to $9,000 a year, before card fees and ordering commissions.

Our goal is to save you money, through lower subscription fees and software smart enough to save you money of its own accord.

All you can eat.

Every feature is available to you for a flat monthly fee. The price is set by the size of your business, by transaction count and total sales, and nothing else.

Terminals and fees.

Use the terminals from your bank and the transaction fee is the bank's. On online and QR payments we pass the cost through with no markup. If we supply the terminals, we agree the fee with you. Pricing is published at launch.

No hidden lock-ins.

Pay month to month, or upfront for the year at a discount. Leave whenever you like, and take your data with you.

Card surcharges end on 1 October.

Public holiday and Sunday surcharges stay. Your terminal settings, your till, your menus and your signage all change, and most systems will not do it for you. We wrote the checklist.

Built in Sydney for Australian venues.

Unyx Labs was founded in Sydney by a team of hospitality and technology people. Our software is made for Australian venues, and is shaped and fine tuned by our own experience running them. We believe it is possible to provide the best software at an affordable price, and to give small businesses the same capabilities as multi-million dollar venues, without the price tag.

Being local also helps us support you better: onboarding, troubleshooting, visiting your venue for a face-to-face chat about what you need, migrating you off your existing software, or even adding new features on request. That last one is possible, and it is the thing we are most excited about. If you are a larger business with complex integration needs, we will gladly help you implement Unyx Labs and work through the integrations with you.
